I have experience as a brand ambassador for my friend’s hair salon. In that role, I helped promote the business on social media, handed out flyers, and spread the word on campus to increase awareness. I also engaged with people in person, answered questions about the services, and encouraged them to check out the salon, which helped me build strong communication and marketing skills.

Yes, I’m a part of the Black Student Union, a Black Sisters club, and also a healthcare club on campus. Being involved in these organizations has given me a chance to connect with others, build community, and also stay engaged in areas that really matter to me.

If I were organizing a campus event to promote Proper Wild, I’d make it fun, interactive, and something students actually want to be at. I’d set it up in a busy spot like the student center during peak hours, especially around midterms when everyone’s exhausted and needs a boost. I’d hand out free samples, but also make it engaging with a prize wheel, giveaways, or a little social media challenge so people get excited and spread the word. I’d want students to walk away not just with a drink, but with the feeling that Proper Wild really gets the student grind and is there to help us push through long nights and busy days.
