How would you answer this question: What signals tell you a brand ‘gets’ Gen Z versus when they’re obviously trying too hard?

I think nowadays people can tell when you are being authentic versus trying to hard. Gen Z relies on authenticity, so getting real people who don't come across as influencers versus people who we know in certain spaces can seem a little performative. Especially now as we are transitioning into a time where everything feels nostalgic, it's important to keep that transparency, and avoid bringing on real people who are wanting to share a message compared to people who will click because we see them on our screens.

Are you located in or around the SF area for the date of the event (JAN 20th) and do you have public speaking experience?

Yes! I work in San Francisco, live in the Bay Area. I have spoken at a few of my work events also in SF to pitch to donors and large organizations. In addition to this, overall just general speaking on video or to smaller audiences in a group setting
