How do you define and measure success for a social media account?
I define the success of an account by looking at 2 metrics : Profile visits ( to see if people are influenced by the content that pushes them to look at the page and its offer ), and the engagement of the audience ( if people engages positively with the content that is published, this will make them loyal to the page, which means they're loyal to the brand ).
