How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Deadlines are key to holding people accountable for tasks! If certain circumstances cause them to need an extension then communication between the two parties will need to take place to come up with a solution. If people don’t meet the deadline without communicating why, then both parties will communicate to understand why the deadline was not met and discuss further details or consequences.
