How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
I’ve been dealing with menstrual health since I was 12 years old I’d like to say I’m a pro. I do feel informed about preventive health measures, I speak with gynecologist often, I also learn from Tik Tok and YouTube!
