Last year, during my educational year I was appointed as the TA lead for my college. The position required me to make Timetables for every TA, make sure they are posted on every social media platform as well as on the softboards, make sure the sessions are being conducted on time when I am not occupied myself, make a document for the weekly subject goals for every TA, make sure they were posted as well and also design a form to keep track of the classes. This whole experience of an year showed me how to pay attention to detail in your work to ensure the most efficient working experience and the best outcomes.
