I'm involved with Longhorn Neurotech, an organization that spreads awareness of neurotechnology, competes in national and international neurotechnology competitions through projects we build all year, and host speakers from major neurotech companies around the world such as Neurable. I'm involved with the Neurotech Scholars Foundation which is bringing together the neurotech community in Texas and I'm part of the main team organizing a major, state-wide neurotechnology conference that has quite literally never been seen before. I'm also involved with this major biotech organization called Nucleate and help with their accelerator and incubator programs that occur both on and off campus for biotech startups in the Austin region. I'm a campus ambassador for a tech company called Tavily through which I host hackathons and conferences on campus through partnerships with Microsoft, Langchain, etc. I'm also involved with a undergraduate-centric venture capital firm called CoFund and help them essentially manage all their portfolio startups in the Austin hub through on campus activities. I'm also involved with the Entrepreneurship LLC on campus backed by the Harley Institute at the McCombs Business School where I get to build startups and pursue my entrepreneurial journey in a community of world-class leaders and mentors as well as a massive student network. Also, I'm the campus ambassador for Dayli, a startup that's built the first time OS that is targeted specifically towards students and undergrads so I help promote their product across campus.

I think to pull off a successful event, we have to start by understanding the audience. The community at UT Austin has a very work hard, play hard type of mindset and culture. And the most successful initiatives and events on campus (besides football games) will often capture both aspects of this culture by involving an incentive for opportunity and fun at the same time. Thinking along those lines, I think I could very easily pull off weekly events at cafes and aeshtetic meetup spots on campus that match the Eva NYC brand vibe (I'm a brand developer so I could very well recreate your brand into real life at these events) and have it be a selective event where girls, or guys if interested, can only enter with an invitation that I'll send out weekly. The incentive of wanting to actually get an invite and come to the event will include things like opportunities to network exclusively with highly respected women entrepreneurs and leaders from various industries that I'll be able to use my connections to bring in. For event attendees, this could mean opportunities to meet someone, probably that they actually look up to and idolize, who could potentially become their mentor or future employer! This exclusive network of women empowering women can become a huge incentive for people across campus and even in the general Austin area to want to join in - but the catch will be that in order to get an exclusive invite to these meetups, brunches, dinners, etc the student will have to follow your company's page, repost Eva NYC's recent social media content on their Instagrams, and invite another peer or friend of theirs to do the same. Then we can quickly spread word across campus and the general austin area (since my campus is in downtown) about this brand and the free product trials we'll offer at the events. We'll even have some of these meetups have a +1 offer to bring a mother, aunt, or any significant woman in their life with them to the event for combo deals (mother + daughter sets), etc. At the events, besides exclusive networking, AMAs, and bonding opportunities we'll also have free trials of different products set up and small promo codes/discounts that the students can earn if they buy the product and also take a picture (at a cute, portable, pop-up photobooth that has Eva NYC branding) and post it on their socials recommending the product to their friends and informing them to come check us out at the next event on campus!
