How comfortable are you wearing red lipstick? Also, what do you feel like the current state of inclusivity in the beauty industry is?
I am very confident in wearing red lipstick. While there have been positive developments in promoting inclusivity in the beauty industry, challenges such as tokenism, lack of representation in leadership roles, and the need for greater transparency and accountability remain. Continued efforts from brands, consumers, and industry stakeholders are necessary to further advance inclusivity and diversity in the beauty industry.
