If you were hired, how would you approach building out a content plan for Deep Blue?
I would begin by looking at what has done well on Deep Blue's socials in the past to get an idea of what the community wants to see. Creating a weekly content schedule with a mix of trendy videos/sounds (to drive engagement) and content spreading awareness of what Deep Blue is really about. Balancing trends with information will help drive engagement as well as build a community that aligns with the values of the brand.

What do you think is more important for a brand: going viral or building consistent community engagement? Why?
Building consistent community engagement! Building a community gives the chance for an audience to understand who you are and what you value. Finding an audience that aligns with your values and vision for life fosters the opportunity for trust, loyalty and a strong connection with viewers.

I began creating beauty content about a year ago and have since started creating for brands! I recently obtained the Social Media Marketing 1 & 2 certifications from Hubspot and Social Media Marketing certification from Stukent.
