Swishvo
Gen Z Social Media & Community Content Intern

Pick any Swishvo provider type (doula, midwife, chaplain, herbalist, grief counselor, etc.) and pitch one short-form video concept you’d make for them. Include the hook, the visual, and the caption.
Provider Type: DoulaThe Hook: "Things I stopped doing as a birth doula when I realized I actually deserve to pay my rent."The Visual: Fast-paced B-roll of a doula setting up a cozy room, organizing a birth bag, or prepping tea. Text on screen hits with the hook. The video cuts to a direct-to-camera style where she counts down on her fingers: 1) Giving away free hours because of guilt, 2) Chasing down clients for late venmo payments, and 3) Having a messy intake process that loses leads. It wraps up with her pointing to a clean laptop screen showing Swishvo's seamless booking interface. The Caption: You can’t fully show up for your clients if your business backend is constantly stressing you out. 🤍 If you’re a birth worker trying to streamline your bookings and actually get paid on time, click the link in our bio to see how we’re changing things. #doulatok #birthworker #holisticwellness #smallbusinesssavvy

A provider comments on our post: ‘I tried a platform like this before and got burned. Why should I trust y’all?’ Draft your response.
That is completely fair, and honestly, we don’t blame you for being skeptical. The wellness space is full of platforms making massive promises and then under-delivering or eating into your margins. We’re not here to give you a generic sales pitch. Swishvo was literally built because we saw how independent healers were being taken advantage of, and we wanted to build a transparent backend that actually protects your income. We’d love the chance to earn that trust, shoot us a DM and we can chat through how we protect our providers, or just take a look at our community guidelines and reviews to see how we do things differently.

Show us one brand on TikTok or Instagram whose voice you’d want Swishvo’s to feel like, and one we should absolutely not sound like. Why?
Who to emulate: I’d look at Mid Day Squares on TikTok. They completely changed how brands talk to people by pulling back the curtain on the business side with raw, unedited, and highly energetic storytelling. For Swishvo, emulating that "founder-led transparency" would make the brand feel incredibly real and culturally relevant to Gen Z, showing the actual reality of wellness practitioners building a business.Who to avoid: I would absolutely avoid a brand voice like Seed (probiotics). While their aesthetic is beautiful, their tone is heavily clinical, sterile, and textbook-scientific. For Swishvo, sounding like a traditional pharmaceutical or rigid corporate entity would completely disconnect from the community-driven, holistic spirit of independent healers.
