How do you ensure a design is production-ready and brand consistent?
To ensure that a design is production ready it is fully edited to the most aesthetically pleasing design. To keep it brand consistent make sure you use similar templates and catch phrases to keep viewers hooked.

Can you describe your approach to designing social-first content?
I think that it is super important when creating content to put the audience first over the brand. Obviously it is important to showcase the brand but if people are just like "oh this is just another boring ad" they won't watch the video. If it is actually entertaining it will grab their attention and then they will learn about the brand.
