What is your favorite thing about TikTok?

My favorite thing about TikTok is that it can expose people to so many new opinions and different cultures. A lot of times people unintentionally learn something that would otherwise know nothing about just from scrolling through TikTok.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

To me, wellness is doing anything that helps you to become the highest version of yourself. I integrate this in my life by doing things that I enjoy and make me happy. I often will go on walks or read in my free time.

What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?

I think what most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy is that they do not have a theme for their content. When brands have a reoccurring "look", they have a better chance of being remembered by viewers. Many companies create logos or jingles that they focus many of their ads around. For example, State Farm has their jingle, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." This is used as the message showcased in all of their ads, which makes the company itself more memorable for viewers because there is a reoccurring theme in all of their ads. More companies would benefit from coming up with a theme that makes sense for their company to leave an impact on their audience.
