To me, authenticity means honesty and truth. When I practice authenticity, I make sure that my actions align with my core values and beliefs. Authenticity also means being true to yourself and loving all of the different things about your personality, even if it is different from other people.

One way I create FOMO and social proof is by offering limited-time offers and showing whenever stock has limited availability. This makes customers feel that if they do not get it now, they are going to be missing out for a while. Another way to do this is by collaborating with popular influencers. Popular influencers make everything seem like the best product, and customers will see that and want the product. Another great way to create FOMO is real customer testimonials. Whether it be before and after pictures, or just someone talking about their experience with the product, customers see a real life advantage to having this product and will want to experience that.

If a customer left a negative review, I would respond by acknowledging their comment and expressing that their comment is valid and appreciated. I would then try to offer a solution, either a refund, discount, or replacement of the product/service. I would be sure to remain professional and polite.
