How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
I prioritize by impact and deadlines. First, I look at which client deliverables directly affect campaign outcomes or have immovable dates, those always rise to the top. Then I map out what’s urgent versus what’s important so I’m not just reacting to whoever’s loudest. I also make a point of keeping clients updated if priorities shift, so they feel in the loop instead of surprised. And on a practical level, I rely on a mix of a shared calendar and simple task lists so nothing slips through the cracks.

Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
As VP of PR and Marketing for my sorority, I managed a brand deal with Bloom Nutrition where a miscommunication came up about the number of social posts we owed. They expected more than we had planned, so I set up a call, walked through our original agreement, and acknowledged how the mix up could’ve happened. I proposed a compromise, adding one extra post in exchange for a longer posting window, which they accepted. The campaign stayed on track, and I came away with a stronger relationship and a clear lesson on locking deliverables in writing upfront.
