To launch a new app on a college campus I would have to do some research on the college campus and see what the target demographic is and what would appeal to them. I would make the app as appealing as possible and would hand out flyers with QR codes to download the app. The flyer would be an elaborate way to get the campus excited about the app and to tune in for more updates!
