Interview Questions
Serendipity Frozen
Content Creator for Cookie & Cream Float Moment

What makes a social video feel authentic and engaging to friends?
Authentic and engaging social videos start with thinking about the audience first. If it feels relatable, people stay. I focus on a strong hook that makes viewers curious about what the video will be about, then capture real moments that feel unscripted. I also like to include specific details, like something funny or unexpected in the background, because that gives people something to comment on. The best content entertains, educates, or relates, and the strongest videos usually combine all three.
Serendipity Frozen
Content Creator for Cookie & Cream Float Moment

How would you naturally include a message about mental health education in your content?
I’d film a real moment with friends at Whataburger making Cookie & Cream floats, then use a soft voiceover like: "Sometimes mental health care looks like big conversations, and sometimes it’s just sitting in a parking lot with your friends and ice cream." I’d naturally mention that Serendipity Frozen supports mental health education while keeping the moment light and fun.
Uber
Uber One Ambassador
what event would you host to promote uber one sign ups?
Something like a ‘Hoops & Perks’ activation where students take quick shots or free throws. Making a shot wins a small prize, but signing up for Uber One unlocks better prizes or an extra shot. It works because basketball season is already on students’ minds, it’s interactive, fast, and easy to jump into between classes. I’d set it up in a high-traffic area and capture short social clips to promote it online and drive more sign-ups.
