Kaizen & Nexari
UGC Brand Ambassador for Virtual Mental Health Clinic

How would you create content around a topic that some find sensitive?
I’d approach sensitive topics with intention, empathy, and responsibility. My first priority would be understanding the audience and the potential impact of the message, then framing the content in a way that’s respectful, non-judgmental, and grounded in lived experience rather than shock or sensationalism. I focus on speaking from a personal, first-person perspective when appropriate, keeping details high-level and avoiding anything that could feel triggering or exploitative. The goal is to create content that feels safe, informative, and human, while still being authentic and relatable, and to make sure the message adds value by encouraging understanding, reflection, or support rather than controversy.

Do you have experience with mental health or therapy? are you comfortable sharing your experience in a vague manner?
Yes, I do have experience with mental health and therapy, and I’m comfortable sharing it in a respectful, high-level way. I’m mindful about keeping it appropriate and non-oversharing, focusing more on growth, self-awareness, and the role mental health plays in personal development rather than specific details. I’m happy to speak about it in a way that’s authentic, relatable, and aligned with professional and brand-safe expectations.
