Back before iPhone editing became popular, I was proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Adobe Premier Pro. But, since phones have become more powerful, I've had the opportunity to learn various video editing apps, my favorite being CapCut. I've used CapCut to edit professional-grade research videos for Texas A&M, and also have enjoyed Sora mainly for personal content generation.
