Interview Questions
Lice Clinics of America
Social Media Ambassador

Are you able to edit your owns videos, develop a content calendar from your collected content and post the content to various channels?
Yes. I’m comfortable filming and editing short-form content, organizing and repurposing content into a posting calendar, and adapting posts for different platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. I have experience with design and content creation, and I’m confident learning and improving workflows quickly. I understand the importance of maintaining a consistent brand voice, staying organized with scheduled content, and creating material that feels authentic rather than overly corporate.

What social media platform do you find most effective for community engagement and why?
I think Instagram is currently the most effective platform for community engagement, especially for local businesses and healthcare-related fields. It balances professionalism with personality, and features like Stories, Reels, comments, polls, and DMs make it easy to create two-way interaction instead of just posting advertisements. For a clinic setting specifically, Instagram works well because people connect strongly with visual and human-centered content. Educational posts, behind-the-scenes moments, staff spotlights, patient success stories (with permission), and short informative videos can build trust and make the clinic feel approachable and community-oriented. I also think consistency and authenticity matter more than chasing trends. People engage most when content feels helpful, honest, and relatable.

This is a healthcare field with sensitive clients. We are looking for the right person to creatively generate content from the clinic solo, while engaging with team members and/or clients when they are willing. What are some content ideas you are achievable in this setting?
I think the key in a setting like this is building trust and comfort first, not trying to force viral content. I’d focus on educational, behind-the-scenes, and human-centered content that respects client privacy while still showing personality and professionalism.
