I believe that a way to increase engagement is to ask the audience what they want to see and/or following popular trends.

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?
Depending on the nature of the comment, if it was regarding a concern with the company’s products & services I would reply in a professional manner. I would ensure to make sure the customer feels heard and we effectively try to solve their problem. However, just a nasty comment will be deleted and blocked.
