What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
A social media manager should make sure that the brand itself image is being kept up, another really important thing is communicating with its audience and listening to what they want, and they must stay consistent when it comes to replies, they are the brand voice in a way. Social media managers should have new innovative ideas for the social media and make aesthetically pleasing post.
