When I first started as the Social Media Chair at Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, I had not used Facebook as much as my position needed me to utilize it. Several features had to be mastered with no one able to teach me, which I had learned from my medical front desk job as well. They utilized several online databases that needed to be mastered in a short time. While Facebook and Medical Databases are two completely different interfaces, both I navigated and mastered on my own.

I like to create group tabs, so I can stay organized. I also utilize my google calendar everyday, especially the tasks feature, to keep me super organized. I also create a color-coded excel sheet for end of the day, end of the week, and end of the month tasks. When it comes to specific websites, like social media, I like to utilize the "schedule later" feature to ensure that posts are going up at a timely manner.
