What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is something that is incredibly important to me. I used to live my life desiring to only please others and neglected myself, but soon I realized that I have to focus on my own wellness. Since then I’ve made sure to always have myself in mind when making all kinds of decisions whether it be what kind of food I eat or what type of media I consume.

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform is Netflix because of a couple reasons. It’s interface is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. It also has an incredible selection and variation of shows so there’s always something to watch. It’s functions (skip into button, brightness scroll on mobile, volume scroll on mobile) are incredibly helpful as well. I think it’s a well-made app with the user in mind.
