For more structured feedback, I use surveys or ask for reviews after product use, encouraging transparency about both pros and cons. I also monitor engagement metrics—what people save, share, and comment on—to understand what’s resonating beyond surface-level likes. When sharing feedback, I focus on clarity and value. I highlight common themes, real testimonials, and before-and-after experiences in a way that feels relatable and informative. I believe in sharing both positive insights and constructive feedback, because that builds trust and helps brands improve. Ultimately, my goal is to create a two-way conversation where my audience feels heard, and brands gain meaningful, actionable insights.

I promote beauty products by integrating them naturally into my everyday life and content, not forcing them. My audience follows me for my lifestyle, my honesty, and my growth journey, so I only share products I’ve actually used and genuinely like. I focus on storytelling—showing how the product fits into my routine, whether it’s part of my “get ready with me,” a self-care reset, or an OOTD moment. I highlight real benefits, texture, wear, and results instead of just selling a look. If something isn’t for me, I don’t promote it. That trust is everything. I also engage my audience by asking questions, sharing before-and-afters, and giving practical details like shade names, longevity, and who the product is best for. My goal isn’t just to sell—it’s to help my audience make informed decisions while feeling seen and represented. Authenticity, consistency, and relatability are what drive my conversions.
