In my role as a Marketing and Admin Executive for my school clubs, I was responsible for reaching out to potential sponsors, handling club accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between executives, members, and external stakeholders. I built strong relationships with industry professionals, peers, and faculty by maintaining clear communication, following up consistently, and understanding their needs to foster long-term partnerships. Additionally, during my time as a Game Attendant, I directly interacted with customers, engaging them in a fun and welcoming way while effectively persuading them to try the game. My ability to read customer interests, establish a rapport quickly, and ensure they had a great experience directly contributed to increased participation and repeat customers.
