How would you create high quality content with vita coco on your college campus?

To create high-quality content for Vita Coco on my campus, I’d focus on blending the brand’s fun, refreshing energy with authentic student life moments. I’d start by identifying the spaces and events where students naturally gather—like fitness classes, study groups, sporting events, and outdoor hangouts.

Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.

Earlier in my career, I worked with a client who was frustrated because a deliverable wasn’t aligning with their vision. The situation was tense, and I knew I had to turn it around. My task was to not only resolve their immediate concern but also rebuild their confidence in our team. I started by listening carefully without interrupting, so the client felt heard. Then I restated their concerns to confirm I understood correctly, and shared what steps we could take to adjust. I also provided a clear, revised timeline so they knew exactly what to expect moving forward. As a result, the client felt reassured, and we were able to deliver a final product that exceeded their expectations. In fact, they later referred us to another department, which grew the account. That experience reinforced for me how important transparency and empathy are in client communication—sometimes just taking the time to listen and reframe the situation can shift the entire relationship
