In my experience as a brand ambassador for Yogurtland, I engaged with customers and encouraged them to try out new flavors and create their own bowl. I was able to connect with people and help them have fun and be creative with their customization. As I myself loved frozen yogurt, it was easy to express to the customers how they could also enjoy the product.
