Interview Questions

Content Strategist & Creator

We ask you to come up with TikTok Content ideas for a Food brand. What would be the steps you take to do this task? How would you go about coming up with your ideas (there's no right or wrong answers here!)
First step: watch TikTok ofc hahaha by understanding the overall culture, understanding the market, you'll understand how to direct the content!
Next, brainstorm. Some ideas come easily. Some trends are great to hop on, people tend to like patterns so they'll be more inclined to like your brand if it feels familiar, but sometimes getting creative and coming up with something new is better! Remember how Wendy's started the relatable social media presence for brands trend? They shocked everyone by doing something new, and it was a hit! Additionally, I've really been enjoying GAP's use of Jungle in their marketing recently. It's not something I've seen from many clothing brands, but dancers model beautifully (and commenters agree with that). Just come up with all the ideas!
Last, clean things up. Plan specific videos, scheduling, edit, post, etc, etc, etc. After you've played around with creative ideas for awhile, just perfect them! In my dance experience, we would learn the dance (often choreographing new parts on the spot), and then we'd clean it later on. It's hard work, but it's so worth it!
Then you rest up 'cus mental health is important lol
