What is an example of when you went out of your way to provide an act of kindness from someone who is not an immediate friend or family member?
While walking home from class one day, I saw an elderly woman struggling with her grocery bags as she tried to cross a busy street. I didn’t know her, but I stopped what I was doing, offered to carry her bags, and walked her safely to her building a few blocks away. She was incredibly grateful and told me she hadn’t expected anyone to help. That small act reminded me how powerful kindness from strangers can be.
