Interview Questions
Esker Beauty
Beauty + Wellness Content Creator

How do you approach creating content that resonates with a wellness-focused audience?
I’m 31, and beauty and wellness are a big part of my everyday life, so creating content around it feels really natural to me. When I make content for a wellness audience, I focus on being real, helpful, and relatable. People want to feel like they can trust you, so I like to keep things honest—whether I’m sharing how I use a product, giving tips, or just showing moments of self-care. I try to create content that looks calm, feels genuine, and actually helps someone in their wellness routine.

What are 2 content ideas you have for ello?
It would be titled, "Whats in my Tumbler." It would be recurring video where myself and my friends reveal their go to summer drink inside the Oasis Tumbler from iced matcha lattes to mojitos. I would include quick DIY recipes, ASMR ice pour shots, and tie-ins to summer activities.
It would be titled, "Oasis on the Go." It would be a day in the life series showing how the Oasis Tumbler fits seamlessly into everyday summer adventures from morning coffee runs and hot girl walks to farmer’s market hauls and pool hangouts.

Can you describe a time when you had to collaborate with a marketing team to ensure brand consistency in your work?
In my role as a producer and editor at 4th Floor Creative, I regularly collaborate with marketing teams across a variety of industries: sports, corporate, healthcare, and more. Each client has a unique brand identity, and it’s my responsibility to fully understand their guidelines and tone. For example, I work closely with their marketing teams to ensure my edits match their vision, from the design to messaging style, so the final video truly reflects their brand. This collaboration helps keep consistency and makes sure the content feels authentic and aligned with their overall marketing goals.
