The first aspect I look for is purpose. I don't want to include an app in my screen time unless there is a clear benefit to me using it (i.e. am I being entertained, learning, communicating with others, etc.). The next aspect I look for is ease of use, if the app is too difficult to use or has too many ads I won't want to use it. Lastly, I look at the visual aspect of the app, if the overall layout isn't welcoming or strains my eyes after using it for a short amount of time I'll end up deleting it.
