Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
Yes I do. While developing MatchSki, a memory matching game designed for individuals with ADHD, I had the opportunity to assist users who struggled to begin or stay engaged with the game. One particular user felt daunted by the instructions and was unsure how to move forward. To address this, I streamlined the onboarding experience by dividing the steps into smaller, easier-to-follow segments and provided a demo walkthrough to boost their confidence. Additionally, I offered strategies for tackling the matching tasks, ensuring the experience was enjoyable and beneficial for memory enhancement. I was able to witness how they were able to play the game, and also help out with their ADHD.
