Specific tags and consistancy is what really drives engagement offering interesting videos also build a community. Though from the gig desc. it seems videos will be provided so I will most likely have to write out great descriptions that engage the viewer!

Reply, with a like and apologize along with asking why the viewer feels that way about the video. This not only drives engagement as the viewer has another potential situation to comment on the post but also shows that we care for our community.
