When evaluating micro-influencers to post for a campaign, what engagement metrics do you consider?

I consider things such as engagement rate, the ratio of likes, comments and shares on a creator's post. Also evaluate looking at the quality of content and consistency the creator produces.

The alignment of the influencer’s audience with the campaign’s target demographic is also key. The rate at which the influencer is gaining followers over time is also a great factor. A steady increase suggests growing influence and relevance which is also another key factor in evaluation

Can you give an example of a successful Influencer or social media campaign you were involved in?

A successful influencer I would say is Monet McMichael, in my opinion she started her platform by being herself and waxing her underarm on camera which many might find uncomfortable and difficult to share. Through that she broke out in fame and it shows that she had already broken this sense of fear within herself before even making it into the word.

Another successful content creator for me would be Justine, also known as "Justine's Camera roll". She started an editing tutorial boot camp on Tiktok and documented her journey of becoming a content creator. Her transparency and taking people on the journey blew her platform to
