Everyone has their own way but honestly what works for me is pretended that there is no camera and think of it as me talking to a friend. I focus on being natural, smiling, and moving comfortably. Practicing a few takes beforehand helps me feel confident, but I keep it loose so reactions feel genuine. I also remind myself that small imperfections make content relatable and authentic, which actually connects better with viewers.
