Describe how you manage your time when juggling multiple deadlines. Give a specific example
I mange my time by creating multiple calendars. I use Google calendar for digital purposes and I also use my notebook to write down my daily or weekly to do list. I am someone who has to plan every little detail out because I enjoy seeing my day to day plans written out and crossed off when completed. When juggling multiple deadlines I begin each task and complete them and move onto the next.

Tell us about a time you taught yourself a new tool or skill without being asked. What was it, and how did you approach learning it?
I taught myself a new skill when I wanted to learn how to edit videos. I enjoyed creating content and wanted to go further with it by teaching myself to edit the videos. I approached this my making random videos and spending hours on end learning how to edit in a style that I felt proud of.
