What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform is Netflix because I feel that it is very easy to navigate as well as their suggestions for me are generally more accurate than the other platforms that I have.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me wellness is something that you can build into your routine, that when you are doing a 'wellness task' or something for your wellness it gives you gratification. For me I integrate wellness into my life by setting aside time to workout but also to de-stress at the end of the day on TikTok or reading. Wellness can look different for everyone!
