What roles do you think sports plays in consumer behavior and affinity?
Sports is one of the most influential factors when it comes to consumer behavior and affinity. Fans of a sports team will have an emotional connection with that team and what they represent; there is a sense of connection not only with other fans but with the team, the facility they play in, the culture they present to the world. Sports have the power to entice a whole range of human emotion and has the power to greatly influence the way fans (or consumers) behave.
