How does art bring value into your life currently?
Currently, art brings value to my life by being a personal inspiration and a driving force. Art inspires me to make art myself, as well as better myself as a person. Whether it be a professional photo on Instagram, a new song discovered on Spotify, or a new film at the box office, consuming the projects of other passionate artists encourages me to improve. These artistic endeavors push me to delve back into my own artistic hobbies and passions, start up new ones, or even share new discoveries with my friends and family. Without art, life would simply be a monotonous and colorless routine.

Is there a subculture in Canada that you think would be super interesting to study? Why?
I think a subculture that would be interesting to study are gamer girls/female gamers. There has been an recent increase in women playing and livestreaming video games (i.e, VALORANT). I think investigating the experience of women in gaming and hearing their perspectives would be very eye-opening, especially since the gaming scene has been long dominated by men. Misogyny is still rampant in this community, therefore I think it would also be important to explore how the increase of women in these spaces can contribute to bettering the gaming space to make it an actual equal playing field for all.

Please share one feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market.
I think a feature which helps individuals identify less conventional experience would be helpful. Many young adults - including myself - feel discouraged when applying for jobs due to lack of experience. However, experience can come from many avenues. Current resume advice focuses on conventional or more professional experience, but even experience generated from one's hobbies can be proven useful for certain positions.
