What gets you excited about working in the beauty industry?
The beauty industry, as is currently, is riddled with cruel animal testing, non-sustainable ingredients, and is known for being more than a little problematic. But we're already seeing marked improvement towards a more ethical future, and I know eventually we will get there. So to me the most exciting thing about the beauty industry is it's potential to be so much more. I know that there is a more sustainable future for the industry and I would love nothing more than to be a part of it.
