Yes, I have experience with book-keeping. I am a student worker for the MESA center at Berkeley City College and do many tasks that regard book-keeping. For example, I have to keep track of all the students who come into the center each week and how many hours they stay. I also keep track of the snacks that are eaten the most at the center so we know which ones should be repurchased more often.

One idea I have for a sampling event is host a fitness challenge of some sort or a marathon. My campus is located very close to UC Berkeley, and there are multiple locations to host a marathon. Throughout the marathon or the fitness challenge samples of JOVA could be available both to the audience and to those participating in the fitness challenge. The reward of the marathon/fitness challenge could be related to JOVA; either a supply of the smoothies or a gift card.
