3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
I have been using natural hair products all of my life. I also work with a non profit to educate undeserved communities on hair care and different harmful ingredients that may be common in their hair care products.

2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
I would gather a fellow associate or manager to inquire about the question and further troubleshoot. The goal is to provide an accurate answer, but in the event that is not possible I would have to tell the client, that i unfortunately do not have answer.
