What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means to commit time to both physical and mental health. This means, working out regularly, eating right, and getting enough sleep. In addition, it means to spend time doing things that make me happy such as spending time with friends and family, and allocating time for relaxation.
