While I haven’t managed large scale campaigns yet, I am currently playing a key role in supporting the Gamma Phi Beta recruitment team at the University of Arizona by creating and managing social media content that highlighted recruitment events, sisterhood moments, and behind the scenes glimpses. I am helping plan and post engaging content across Instagram and TikTok that showcased the sorority’s values and culture, which helped boost awareness and excitement among potential new members. By tracking engagement and feedback, I am able to help the team refine messaging to better connect with our audience. This experience has taught me how to balance brand consistency with authentic storytelling, and I’m excited to bring those skills to bigger social media campaigns in the future.

I stay updated on social media trends by regularly browsing TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest to see what’s popular, whether that’s trending sounds, challenges, or editing styles. I also follow creators and industry accounts that highlight new trends. When I find a trend that fits my audience and vibe, I think about how to put my own unique spin on it so the content feels authentic and fresh, not just copied. This way, I keep my content engaging while staying true to myself.
