Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?

In my role as a Sexual Health and Wellness Coordinator, I was to keep track of all the contraception that came and went in our office. Through the use of our data sheet, I was able to track usage of our services offered in the office, and because of this, our office was noted as having the most detailed and accurate metrics that made our department look good in the eyes of upper administration!

In a given week, your responsibilities range from updating financial models, to scheduling with external partners, to tracking inventory movement, to prepping decks for a marketing meeting. How do you prioritize and execute when everything is urgent?

I think that a good timetable, notes and reminders, and systemically checking messages and emails about the responsibilities sets up for success every time. I pride myself on being very organized and efficient when completing tasks, so making sure I note down everything that needs to be done for the day as it comes is what keeps me able to prioritize my workload.
