Interview Questions
Sousa
Social Media Specialist for Wellness Drink

How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?
Brand-building content is what shapes perception. It’s the content that makes people understand your taste, your lifestyle angle, and why you exist in the space at all. It’s more about consistency, identity, and relatability than immediate action. Purchase-driving content is more direct. It connects a specific need or moment to the product and makes the next step obvious without overexplaining it. It still needs to feel aligned with your overall aesthetic, but it’s more focused on clarity and conversion.

If you had to create one piece of content for Sousa this week, what would it be and why?
A short-form “morning routine” TikTok or Reel featuring the supplement as part of your real get-ready flow. It works because routine-based content feels natural in beauty/lifestyle spaces, is easy to watch without feeling like an ad, and gives the product context without needing heavy explanation.

How would you increase engagement for a new Supplement brand on social media?
I’d integrate the supplement into my existing beauty and lifestyle content so it feels natural, not forced. I’d use short-form videos around routines and real use, then track engagement to see what resonates and build on that.
