In a situation like this, I would like to send parcels to famous influencers so they can market the product in the best possible way. This will help in creating FOMO because people often believe what their favourite influencers say

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would apologise that they didn’t have a good experience as they should have and ask them if there was specifically something wrong with the product and assure them that we’ll work on the issue
