Interview Questions
Kaizen & Nexari
UGC Brand Ambassador for Virtual Mental Health Clinic

How would you create content around a topic that some find sensitive?
I would approach sensitive topics with empathy, respect, and accuracy. First, I’d make sure I understand the topic fully and consider the audience’s perspective. Then, I’d focus on educating, supporting, or raising awareness without sharing private or triggering details. I’d use neutral language, keep the tone appropriate, and include resources or guidance when relevant. The goal is to create content that’s helpful and responsible while still engaging.
Kaizen & Nexari
UGC Brand Ambassador for Virtual Mental Health Clinic

Do you have experience with mental health or therapy? are you comfortable sharing your experience in a vague manner?
Yes, I have experience in healthcare settings where I’ve worked closely with patients who faced both physical and mental health challenges. I previously worked as a patient care technician and as a medical assistant in dermatology, and I’m currently a podiatric medical student. Through these roles, I’ve seen how closely mental and physical health are connected and how important empathy, communication, and emotional support are in patient care. I’m comfortable speaking about these experiences in a general and respectful way, while maintaining patient privacy and focusing on awareness, support, and reducing stigma around mental health.
Uber
Uber Valentine's Ambassador
where would you hand out 100 flyers to promote uber's campaign?
I would hand out the flyers in high-traffic areas on campus where students naturally gather, like the student center, library entrance, campus cafes, and outside lecture halls, so they’re most likely to see Uber’s Valentine’s campaign.
