What do you usually look for in a good sauce or condiment?
I usually look for a sauce that has a clear, stand-out flavor but still feels balanced and not too salty, sweet, or spicy. The texture matters too; it should be thick enough to coat food, and not watery. And I like when it’s versatile, so I can use it on different things like sandwiches, bowls, or fries and it still tastes great.
