I coordinated a Y2K-themed clubbing event as Treasurer of the Filipino Society, managing budgeting, ticket pricing, and sponsor coordination. By tracking sales and controlling costs, the event was highly successful and generated around £1.5k profit.

Have you had any account management experience or worked in an agency?
I haven’t worked in a formal account management or agency role yet, but I’ve developed similar skills through my experience as Treasurer of a university society and in retail. I regularly communicated with sponsors and external partners, coordinated events, and managed budgets and timelines. This involved organisation, stakeholder communication, and tracking progress, skills directly transferable to account coordination and client support.
